Library Aides Library aides support student success by cre- ating a welcoming space to read, explore, and learn—helping students grow academically and develop a lifelong love of reading. Elementary school lays the foundation for a child's mental, social, and emotional growth. During these formative years, students develop curiosity, a love of learning, and essential life skills like critical thinking and collaboration.
