PE Certified PE teachers promote healthy habits, self-discipline, and con- fidence while supporting academic success. PE also builds social skills through teamwork and creates a more inclusive school environment. Library Aides Library aides support student success by cre- ating a welcoming space to read, explore, and learn—helping students grow academically and develop a lifelong love of reading. Elementary school lays the foundation for a child's mental, social, and emotional growth. During these formative years, students develop curiosity, a love of learning, and essential life skills like critical thinking and collaboration. School Counselors STEM STEM education equips students with prob- lem-solving, teamwork, and real-world skills. Middle school courses like Robotics, Design, and Space Science pre- pare them for advanced high school engineering programs.
