682 Fullerton Pinot Noir, Momtazi Vineyard 2017 This elegant and refined wine has hints of sour cherry and raspberry melded with cumin, garam masala, and caramelized sandalwood. The palate is soft, yet darker than the nose with black cherry, plum, black raspberry, and earth weav- ing secondary undertones of bay leaf and aromatic spices. Donors: Robert and Michelle Fullerton Value: $65 683 La Sirena Malbec 2013 This wine is 100% Malbec from a single vineyard site in Knights Valley. It is very dark blackberry jam in color. The aromas are driven by ripe deep black fruit characteristics, berries, plums, black cherry, pomegranate and a hint of root beer and spice. There are sweet, toasty, French oak notes in the nose as well. The fruit has a lifted note from this variety and a long lingering finish. Donors: Robert and Michelle Fullerton Value: $40 684 2012 Pinots: Kosta Browne Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir and Williams Selyem Pinot Noir The 2012 Kosta Browne Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir exhibits dark black and blue fruits that drive down the center of the palate and slowly melt into all areas of the mouth. There is focused acidity and a tannic grip that carries the rich dark fruit character towards the mid-palate, followed by creamy black cherry, dark plum and dried currants. Robert Parker - 93 points This hard to find Williams Selyem Pinot Noir is dry, delicate, modest in alcohol, tart and complex. Waves of raspberries and cherries, mushrooms, red currants, Dr. Pepper cola and exotic spices wash across the palate, delicious and flashy. It's ready to drink now. Wine Enthusiast - 92 points Donors: Dave and Song Klein Value: $205 Wine and Spirits Auction Main Event 2020
