SKECHERS FRIENDSHIP WALK
The Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk rallies thousands
every October for a fun-filled celebration at the beach, where
families and friends gather to walk from Manhattan Beach Pier
to Hermosa Beach Pier and back in support of our children.
Since 2009, the event has raised millions of dollars to support
the Friendship Foundation and public education. In 2023, we
had more than 3,400 registered walkers, which resulted in a
check to PEF for $285,000 that goes towards our annual pledge
to support our PVPUSD schools.
We take great pride in our school district, as year after year, we
consistently have one of the most vibrant and robust turnouts.
We are deeply thankful to everyone who joins and supports us
on this walk to make a difference. Save the date for this year's
