ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
An elementary education serves as the bedrock for a child's intellectual, social and emotional de-
velopment, making it an indispensable foundation for their future success. During these formative
years, elementary schools instill a love for learning and curiosity which sets the stage for a lifelong

Music
Library Aides
Early music education has shown to improve academic performance and broadens a student's under-
standing of the world around them. Music is part of a well-rounded education essential for a
student's social and emotional well-being and provides an outlet for creativity that is crucial to a
child's development.
Research studies have produced clear evidence that school library programs staffed by qualified
school librarians have a positive impact on student academic achievement. Librarians provide a safe
haven for all students to think, create, share and grow. They help build strong students and lifelong
readers.
Physical Education
Certified PE teachers work with students daily by promoting a healthy lifestyle which also improves
self-discipline, self-esteem and academic performance. Daily PE is an integral part of student
wellness.
