But unfortunately PVPUSD is near the bottom in funding for all of LA County. So that is why PEF exists. To help bridge the funding gap, concerned parents formed PEF to pay for important pro- grams including additional teachers, library aides, music teachers, academic and wellness counselors, College and Career Center staff and more. For over 40 years, PEF has been providing the extra funding our schools absolutely need to give the best education to our children. Our community's most important mission is the education of our children. With your help, PEF is able to support students at all 17 Palos Verdes public schools. PEF funds:
