LOS VERDES GOLF COURSE
The goal of the South Bay Classic is to better prepare the youth of the South Bay Community in partnership with
South Bay School Districts to deal with the social pressures of adolescence by supporting prevention, education
and counseling programs that result in increased self-esteem, confidence and the ability to become a more
productive member of society. Since its inception, the South Bay Classic has donated over $2.6 million to South
Bay City School Districts and Youth Organizations, directly affecting more than 36,000 youths and indirectly
impacting another 109,000 annually.
Due to uncertainty and difficulties businesses and school districts are facing in this challenging time, we made the
difficult decision to cancel the 2020 South Bay Classic Golf Tournament. However, we plan to continue to support
the South Bay school districts, and hope that you will be able to join us for the 2021 event.
