The Style of Duke Bourbon was inspired by bottles from John Wayne's personal
whiskey collection, preserved for over 50 years and only recently discovered.
Meticulously blended to reflect The Duke's preferred whiskey flavor profile
from tasting notes left behind during the time he was planning his own distill-
ery. This 98 proof whiskey has spent time in wine barrels, plus a finish in wine
barrels that have also held Duke's bourbon with a velvety result. Cherry, marzi-
pan, and vanilla bean give way to sultry smoke and spice.

2015 Honig Cabernet Sauvignon - This wine has bright blackberry, red plum,
and raspberry fruit with notes of cranberry, black tea, spice and coriander seed.
It is luscious and balanced with toasty oak and a long finish.
2016 Buarachi Chardonnay - This estate wine has a thick floral entry and oaky
imprint that is complemented by strong, robustly layered flavors of melon, lem-
on and crushed rock. Full bodied and richly concentrated, it has a lushness to
the palate that remains well structured throughout.
